Terrible experience, no communication, rude staff and are only there to take your money with about 4 sign up fees and 5 week cancellation policy which also was never communicated. Very sus place.

Bodyworkz Fitness is the best kept secret in Byron Bay. Friendly, super spacious, clean and they have awesome group classes. I've tried countless times to like Gyms and finally YAY. I do strength and conditioning with a very dedicated early morning group. It's been a year and I'm loving it. Ashley's knowledge and respect of pace and ability as a group instructor has me gently dedicated and feeling slightly accountable to turning up at 6.30 am a few times a week.
The best gym in Byron. Absolutely great staff and always friendly and supportive. Would recommend this gym to anyone. Great recovery room with ice baths,saunas,steam rooms magnesium bath. Large yoga room. And reformer studio. Pop down and have a look for yourself.
