Very expensive for a gym that has 20 year old equipment. Crazy that for £240/month reformer classes are not included. Average age of members is about 45, reflective of the local population but not a place for young members. The classes offered are very limited (3 spin classes in a week) and instructors are average. I highly recommend BWW for anyone looking for a local gym. It is clean and intimate, with such great staff and facilities. Really strong community and has been my go to place for the last 15 years.
Rude receptionist, initially had a reformer class booked and I as I do for all the other reformer classes I call ahead to ask if any males are attending as I cover for religious reasons and like to prepare beforehand, this was the first time I have been denied. The rude receptionist citied privacy reasons which also shows me he does not understand what gdpr and privacy entail as I was don’t asking specific details but a simple yes or no. Overall this experience left a bad taste and would not recommend such a place to anyone.
