I recently received joint mobility treatment from Todd at Body Works and recommend both.
The entire staff here is wonderful. Informative, professional, kind, and always courteous. The facility is always clean and sanitized.
The PT aides don’t seem like they are happy to be there, and are void of any energy. People are doing exercises without being monitored properly, which could lead to injuries. The PT aides monitor three to four patients at a time, which doesn’t allow for complete undivided patient care. They are going back and forth between patients, which makes it easier to miss something. The owner and the employees are genuinely concerned about their patients. The level of knowledge is definitely a five-star I've been to them several times and they have absolutely taken care of my needs. The owner Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and what doctors need them to attend to.
