The staff at Body Works are all very helpful, knowledgeable, kind & go the distance to make sure all issues are properly addressed & take time to explain what we need & help with appointment times & have a very successful wait list for all of us. I highly recommend this group...
Like so very many, I thought that I had a "knee issue." Bodyworks helped me better understand the physiology and mechanics of my leg and knee and they provided me with strength exercises to build the muscles in my legs to help rehabilitate my knee. I followed their advice and I did the daily exercises and it helped immensely! Incredible insight and very inspiring team.
