Like so very many, I thought that I had a "knee issue." Bodyworks helped me better understand the physiology and mechanics of my leg and knee and they provided me with strength exercises to build the muscles in my legs to help rehabilitate my knee. I followed their advice and I did the daily exercises and it helped immensely! Incredible insight and very inspiring team. If you are looking for holistic alternatives to help heal your body, try this team.
Ok so if i could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended! Honestly the best! I came to them after having a horrific experience with a physical therapy place in Simi Valley. I honestly thought i would never regain back my mobility after having a total knee replacement BUT thanks to my surgeon referring me to Jeff and his entire team, Brenda, Sam, Todd, I'm almost being my normal self. Best physical therapy available. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to attend to each patient thoughtfully.
I recently received joint mobility treatment from Todd at Body Works and recommend both.
