BodyWorks was awesome for our company fitness challenge and Tommy was so fun! I really looked forward to his workouts and he definitely made sure to customize them to our team's level. Not only was he a great trainer, but he got to know our team on a personal level and created an engaging relationship with us throughout the 8 weeks. I would definitely recommend him and the BW team!
I would like to think Matthew of Body Works Fitness. Because of him I’m working to improve my eating habits and have become more physical active in my everyday life. Matthew is AWESOME!!! He has made working out SO fun!! Because he comes to our work he has limited equipment/weights to use for work outs. It doesn't matter, because he is so creative with the exercises we do. I have been losing weight, building muscles and having fun :) I would absolutely recommend Matthew and BodyWorks Fitness for anyone who is looking for a trainer!!
Working out with BodyWorks and Matthew has been awesome. He is super motivational and really pushes you to the max. I love that he changes up the excersices and keeps it fresh so you always feel challenged. I have really enjoyed working out with the whole BodyWorks team!
