Was working in the area from out of town and needed a place to lift for the week I was in the area. The owner and his assistant ( both jacked like myself, by the way) locked in on me as soon as I walked in the door. The big dawg bond was instantaneous. THIS IS MY FULL TIME GYM AND I AM SO GLAD TO BE APART OF THE FAMILY. I JUST JOINED THIS WEEK WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER JAMEL WHO I ADORE BECAUSE I KNOW HE IS GOING TO GET ME WHERE I NEED TO BE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY GET ME TO MY GOALS. This gym has everything you need. 24 hours, great staff and a smoothie section as well filled with pre work smoothies, energy drinks and post workout to replenish your muscles. Staff are all knowledgeable and hard working improving everyone life for the better. They even have a section dedicated to body building with no AC so you get a good sweat. Definitely one of the best gyms I been to in a long time.
