This place is awesome! We stopped in to stretch our legs, driving from FL to TN. Super welcoming, helped my son learn how to use machines. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Was working in the area from out of town and needed a place to lift for the week I was in the area. The owner and his assistant ( both jacked like myself, by the way) locked in on me as soon as I walked in the door. The big dawg bond was instantaneous. THIS IS MY FULL TIME GYM AND I AM SO GLAD TO BE APART OF THE FAMILY. I JUST JOINED THIS WEEK WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER JAMEL WHO I ADORE BECAUSE I KNOW HE IS GOING TO GET ME WHERE I NEED TO BE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY GET ME TO MY GOALS.
