THIS IS MY FULL TIME GYM AND I AM SO GLAD TO BE APART OF THE FAMILY. I JUST JOINED THIS WEEK WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER JAMEL WHO I ADORE BECAUSE I KNOW HE IS GOING TO GET ME WHERE I NEED TO BE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY GET ME TO MY GOALS. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD FIND A GYM WITH GREAT TRAINERS AND I CAN REALLY SAY THIS IS MY SECOND HOME NOW. I ALSO WANT TO THANK JOHN FOR WORKING WITH ME AS WELL AND HOPE TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH HIM TO. This gym has everything you need. 24 hours, great staff and a smoothie section as well filled with pre work smoothies, energy drinks and post workout to replenish your muscles. Staff are all knowledgeable and hard working improving everyone life for the better. They even have a section dedicated to body building with no AC so you get a good sweat. Definitely one of the best gyms I been to in a long time.

Always awesome people in there. The staff is really nice and always ready to help if needed.
