I've been a member of Bodyworks for a year and a half now, and it's my favorite gym ever! The equipment is maintained exceptionally well. New equipment is brought in on a regular basis. The entire gym, including restrooms, locker rooms, and showers, are kept spotless. You'll find people of all ages and abilities there who all seem to be supportive of each other. Nice downtown gym not glittery, for the most part, not a meat market gym, clean wonderful staff. I recommend it for anyone that ist wants to workout, age group is across the board.

Wouldn't workout anywhere else! Local and awesome!! Could use some upgraded weights though

Was a member of this gym for 8 months before moving out of the area. Wayne (the owner) was tremendous. Keeps the equipment running smoothly and replaced worn padding/cables regularly. Enjoyed being a member here.
