근처 헬스장 중에 깔끔하고 접근성 젤 좋음 그리고 여기 강쥐가 넘 귀여움 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ♥️♥️💗 강아지 최고! 흰색 통나무 같은 아기가 사람을 엄청 좋아하는데 맨날 보고싶다.. ㄹㅇ 얘 땜에 사장님 오시는 날만 기다리게 됨

What a great place to get an incredible lift in! Fantastic equipment and atmosphere. Skip the big box gyms and come visit this establishment, you won’t regret it!!

Truly has everything for a really great cost. Wayne reinvests his money into new equipment. He really cares about the quality and community of the gym. Wouldn't go anywhere else to workout in fredericksburg

Best gym in Fredericksburg, hands down. Mr Wayne is not only an incredible own person who not only takes good care of this gym, but is very active with his members & anyone who enters the gym. The staff is also very nice & personable with everyone, which is very rare in gym environments. The equipment is always well maintained as well as a variety of top notch equipment equipment. 1,000,000/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the area, or anyone visiting.
