Liisa helped us navigate our situation when our vehicle ended up being totaled. Even though we did not end up having to use collision services, she stuck with us every step of the way when communicating with our insurance company. She really cares for her community and it shows. Although I hope to never actually end up using her services, I know who to turn to if I ever need it. Thank you again very much Liisa!
Lisa is very friendly and knowledgeable and she is definitely working with your best interest in mind. She took my car on immediately and provided updates along with pictures of the progress as well. Her and her team worked quickly to get me my daily driver back and to my surprise at the end even detailed my car! I would recommend her to anybody in the San Diego area. I am local to IB but even if I wasn’t she is worth the drive/tow to get to her. Thank you again Lisa!!

Liisa was wonderful to work with after I was involved in an accident. She is knowledgeable, informative, honest, and does quick work. At pick up my car looked amazing the work her shop did was perfect and the detailing my mom-car was a surprise and much appreciated! Will take all future business here as well as recommend to anyone needing body work.
