Have known Lisa for years and years. There are not a lot of females in this business, especially female shop owners. To be a female owner in a male dominated business is not always easy, but she gets it done, and does it very well! Would recommend. The 1 Star Review from C Vinson is just pure entitled ignorance. What a great small business!! Multiple friends have had work done here and all were top notch!! I have been here many times also and Liisa is a huge contribution to the local community!! Terrible experience with Body Works Collison in Imperial Beach. I dropped my car off for a simple estimate, and they kept it for TWO WEEKS without providing any real updates. I had to call multiple times just to get basic information, and every time it was the same story: “we will get to it” — but no one ever did, and the elderly lady working the front desk seemed to be under the influence of something.
If you are looking for somewhere to take your car, look no further! Liisa and her whole team are amazing people who will take care of YOU and your car! She made it her mission to get me back into my car as fast as she could! While still making sure it was the safest it could be and with the best parts! There is absolutely no funny business here.
