I’ve been going to Spa Halcyon since it’s opening consistently every few months sometimes more often! It is an incredibly inviting space, clean, professional and well organized. The front end staff are always welcoming and easy to talk to and book with. You can book online, over the phone or in person with reminder updates via email or text. I give a five-star review due to Spa Halcyon's exceptional cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The employees display outstanding kindness, consideration, and an impressive understanding of my needs. Their respectful demeanor and commitment to my comfort are truly commendable.
I went to Spa halcyon for a massage. During the session, the therapist touched areas that made me feel uncomfortable. I asked him to stop. But the touching continued longer than I expected. It felt unprofessional and made me feel uneasy afterwards. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions. Others may have different experiences
