I've searched for decades, literal decades for answers to help my always tight muscles. Aera is the first person that I've ever met that instantly started to understand what my hypermobile body needed and got it to relax in ways no one else could. I'm stunned and I'm floored and I'm so lucky I found her. If you have EDS, POTS, MECFS, or just stubborn muscles, Aera has a understanding of the body that can get you to truly relax that I've never felt any way before
I've been seeing Aera for a few months and am consistently impressed by how intuitive and gentle they are. They provide a safe, sensory-friendly environment where I feel completely relaxed and calm. Aera is an amazing massage therapist. After many years of receiving massages from others, I will not be able to settle for anyone else. Thanks to Aera’s light touch style massage I go home both much more relaxed and also not in pain from being “beaten up” by my LMT.
