I made a short notice appointment with Bonnie to get help with a shoulder injury that I acquired on a road trip. Bonnie was professional and knowledgeable. The massage helped release tension in my shoulder and back, and the taping has made a significant difference with the stability of my shoulder.
Bonnie did wonders for me. I had searched for years for a real therapeutic massage where the lactic acid could get pushed out and the blood flowing to get my muscles recovered after hard workouts or long runs. Bonnie has really great knowledge of the body and how things are all connected. She is an athlete who got into massage -- a great combo for those of us active people!
Bonnie was amazing! She is very well educated and knows what she is doing. I was very pleased with my services.
