Bodywork Therapy folks are fantastic, and I have particularly benefited from doing workouts with Zoe - she is very knowledgeable, patient, upbeat and wonderful about sharing tips and correcting my form! I'm so glad I found these people!!!!

Jonathon is an exceptional body worker. His knowledge extends beyond the traditional and along with his intuitive sense I believe he can provide long lasting results. While I have only had two sessions I feel a definite shift in my body and along with the stretching exercises, Jonathon has addressed more than 3 years of physios, chiro and other therapies combined. I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathon for bodywork.
