Seeing Nadine for SHAPE is a wild experience, but in a good way. I think everyone needs to try one session so they can have a better understanding of the benefits its unique approach provides to ensure your body is aligned physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's a complex process, but Nadine is skillful and the biggest thing for me was she jumped right into wanting to correct as many of the issues and symptoms as she could for me during just the first session.
