Excellent service from start to finish, staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date by email at every stage of the process and the repair was carried out to an excellent standard and very quickly. Will not hesitate to recommend Bodywork Direct in the future to friends and family.
I couldn't recommend this garage more! After my car door was kicked in and damaged we thought it would need a new door based on the opinion of garages I visited before this one - they managed to repair the door to the highest of standards - there is not one thing I could fault about it. Very positive experience with everyone I spoke to - Dawn was also really helpful and a lovely smiling face to see when you walk in! Any questions or concerns were sorted straight away! Thank you guys so much!

Excellent service from Dawn and the mechanics. Nothing was a problem. We highly recommend direct body woks at Crook for a professional helpful service.
Price of job was agreed and carried out the following week. The quality of the finish was excellent - showroom condition when collected. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would use again... but hopefully won't need to!
