Dr. Southard did an amazing job of assessing my overall health and wellness during my initial visit earlier this year. Her subsequent spinal adjustments have helped tremendously to manage pain emanating from my L4 and L5 disc compression. She recently spent several minutes reviewing my MRI images with me and explaining the implications, prior to recommending next steps. I give her my highest possible endorsement.
Dr. Southard is excellent! She is so kind and welcoming, and I love her adjustments! You can tell she cares so much about all of her patients, and takes the time to get to know you. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
I had gone to Dr. Mariah Southard throughout my entire pregnancy (in addition to using the massage therapist at Bodywork) and she made sure I was feeling my best to have a happy / healthy pregnancy while also continuing my athletics / running. I always looked forward to my appointments because I knew I would leave feeling fantastic.
