I have loved seeing Veronica. She asked me all about what I wanted out of our sessions, what I was hoping to heal, my chronic pain, my goals and my other current treatments. Her wide range of skills and her insight has helped me so much already. I really appreciate her intentionality and our “downloads” after our sessions where she points out stretches, postural changes and breathing techniques that may also help. I HIGHLY recommend her!
