I came to her about 6 months ago looking for some restorative, calming massage in the midst of a lot of intensive bodywork I was doing to heal a herniated disc and long term imbalances. Tracy is the person you want for relaxation, healing, and centering. Not only is she amazing at massage she is so knowledgeable about the body and it’s functioning. I go to her when I wanna relax and treat myself and when my body is in need of restoration. I injured my jaw and could not get it to unlock. Within minutes Tracy greatly reduced my pain and tension.
