I quickly became one of Shae's regulars after only a few sessions. She helps me with sore muscles from exercise, tension from stress, and stuck emotions that need to be released. She has an amazing sense for knowing which one needs working on and she always finds my difficult spots and gets them to relax. All of this while making me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I couldn't recommend her more!
I can’t recommend Shae enough. From the moment you walk in, you feel safe, grounded, and cared for. Her touch is incredibly intuitive and she truly listens to your body. I came in feeling tense and overwhelmed and left feeling deeply relaxed, balanced, and connected again. If you’re looking for more than just a massage and want real healing, Shae is the one.
Shae is amazing! Normally when I get a massage done my back is hurting again after just one day. Not with Shae, my back felt good even after 2 weeks. I will be for sure going back again and again
Awesome experience. I had a lot of tightness in my back and legs and didn’t know how much I needed it to be loosened up but Shae did the trick.
