Shae is awesome at her job, its nice when you walk in hurt and can leave pain free. Highly recommend shae
Shae is incredible! I was dealing with a lot of stiffness, including carpal tunnel issues and recovering from a knee replacement. She knew exactly how to target the problem areas safely and effectively. She worked out all the tight spots, and I left feeling loose, healthy, and moving so much better. Highly recommend her for both general relief and specific recovery!
Shae is absolutely amazing! She really took her time on my problem areas and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. I totally recommend her. Can't wait to go back!
Shae is amazing and is the best at this kind of treatment. Deep tissue with stretching is my go to. Muscle tension just melts away. She is always kind, professional, and very thorough, targeting all the problem spots. Highly recommended for anyone needing much needed muscle relief.
Shae gives an amazing massage, she incorporates a lot of stretching into her routine which helped my back quite a bit! Would highly recommend using her, especially if you have back issues!
