I make it a point to book with Shae when I come into town. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and consistently does an amazing job. I recommend her to everyone looking for bodywork
Amazing work done by Shae. I’ve had some serious lower back pain and Shae expertly helped relax some of the muscles and facia that were contributing to my pain. Feeling much better after just a couple sessions!
She was absolutely amazing and that does not even do it justice. No words can really describe what she helped me with. I have a very high intense job and she was telling how tight my whole body felt. Once I left, I felt lighter and like I could move. She gave me advice on things I can do to help with the tension and to maintain a better posture. Thank you so very much for giving me something my body has been needing for a while now. I will be coming back.
Five stars isn't enough. Shae is, without question, the best massage therapist I have ever been to. After a serious car accident 11 years ago, I've had more than 15 physical therapy prescriptions and have worked with countless healthcare providers and at least eight massage therapists since 2015. She stands out above all of them. What impresses me most is her knowledge of anatomy.
