I have been seeing Kalena for a couple of years now . She makes you feel very welcome and really listens to your needs. She does an amazing job. I always feel wonderful after a massage from her.
I'd asked for a massage to address my lower back. She focused on my upper back and neck even though I had already spoken to her about another therapist that did the same, worked my upper back and neck. She had good pressure but in the wrong area. She also mentioned some questionable areas to perform massage I'd never heard of before. Really wished she had listened and addressed my concerns.
I truly cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Kalena. I wish I had started seeing her years ago. Her expertise is unmatched, and I've seen dozens of massage therapists in my life to address chronic issues. Calling her a massage therapist is pretty much an understatement, because she really takes such a full approach to body wellness. Kalena is amazing! The environment was relaxing … Kalena is … Professional, calming, and actually LISTENS to meet your needs! I have struggled with shoulder, neck, and back pain for some time now - I have tried everything… Kalena is the only person who has been able to give me relief (and this was only after ONE session!) I am very excited to have her as part of my healing journey!
