I have been to Giesel for the last 2 months spanning 3 appointments and I did want to take my time before writing a review. First off I found Gisel for my overall health and wanted to try lymphatic drainage for its wonderful impacts and no incisions whatsoever. Giesel does a stellar job in explaining the good impacts and how each aspect affects your health. She also has a variety of options from a regular massage to lymphatic drainage. This is an over due review BUT I had an amazing first experience with lymphatic massage by Giesel! She is excellent in her craft and I will definitely be back again :)
Giesel is absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and came highly recommended by my surgeon for lymphatic massage post surgery. She’s patient and kind and flexible with scheduling. I would absolutely recommend seeing Giesel for any massage services!
This evening I feel sooo relaxed. I had the best massage and body stretch by BodybyGiesel. I find myself exhaling slowly through every stretch to maximize the experience. Gisele gently helps you yield your muscles to her, while teaching you the art of relaxation. Ummmmm is all i can say. I also enjoy the education she provides about whole body health. I feel rejuvenated and of course thirsty when I depart. It is worth every second of your day. I look forward to my monthly appointments. Thank you BodybyGiesel .
