This was my first rolfing experience. I experience some tightness under my shoulder blades and in my rotator cuff, and with one session, I experienced the ability to move my arm and shoulder in circles without pain or "crunchy" feelings. Thank you so much, Badger!

I wish I was able to actually describe the changes that Calie did but there's not a true way to do this. Prior to my appointment, I had SO much back pain after getting slammed in jiu jitsu. I couldn't sit correctly, train jiu jitsu, or do any sort of serious cardio. My hips were all jacked up from walking around my back pain. It was a chain reaction.
