Ashlea did a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy massage for me along with some deep tissue massage. I went in complaining about sinus headaches that had plagued me for a few days. The MLD therapy literally made me so relaxed, I drifted off to sleep on the table! That night, I had the best sleep ever without the aid of melatonin and woke up headache-free. She worked miracles for me. I highly recommend her and this technique.
Bodywork by Ashlea is a wonderful, luxurious experience. Being both relaxing and recovering, it is a massage everyone needs in their life. As a runner, I went into my massage with sore legs (specifically my hamstrings) and Ashlea did her thing by both cupping me as well as massaging my hamstrings. From her cupping and massaging, my leg soreness completely went away. I walked out of my massage feeling not only relaxed but also relieved of my soreness/tightness.
The best massage ever. I went to Ashlea during my marathon training and that same day I was running 6 miles with little to no pain! Seeing her is essential from now on!

Ashlea is a fab massage therapist. I don’t normally even like massages because you never know what you’re going to get - I was able to try Ashlea through a recommendation from and friend and holy moly, I wish I lived closer… I would be a regular! She is super strong for that tiny body, and personable, makes you feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend - I’m just jealous I can’t see her more often!
