I didn't have an experience at BodyWise! I came in to ask questions and there was nobody at the front desk, there's no phone number listed and nobody came out to greet me. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, used their restroom and tried to relax in the waiting area as the sign says. A young lady came out with a gentleman and they had a conversation 6 feet from me, he left down the stairs and she walked into a room never to be seen while I was there. Sara is the best and so is Krystal. I have never left there any way except 100% happy and satisfied.
Got a wonderful massage by Krystal. She is so professional and comforting. I felt safe and able to relax. Already booked my next appointment.
