Excellent massage! Chris clearly has a deep understanding of anatomy and technique which makes for a detailed massage that provides lasting relief. He used just the right amount of pressure and checked in periodically to ensure I was comfortable. All and all a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone experiencing muscle tension or nagging pain.
