Been visiting Mike for the last 2 months and all happy with all my treatment..all my Back issues are resolved
I went to see Mike a few months back with shoulder pain that l have struggled with for some time. He got straight to the problem and gave me exercises to do to improve my shoulder. Mike also gave me exercises to help with better posture. Not only my shoulder pain has decreased dramatically, l now feel stronger and taller than ever before and have much better posture. I visited Mike to help me with headaches I’d been experiencing for several weeks. I’d had a massage a couple of weeks earlier elsewhere, but after a few days the headache was back. Mike spent most of the time diagnosing the underlying cause of the pain and taking me through stretches and exercises to address this. The session ended with a massage to relieve the residual tension. I now have exercises I do each day and the headaches have gone. I’m very happy with the result
