An absolutely beautiful studio with great ambience. Being a newbie to yoga, I feel so welcomed by both Lizzie & Michaela and not intimidated as the classes are kept small and intimate. Michaela always goes above and beyond to help and ensure appropriate modifications are given to work around injuries etc. As she reminds us at the end of each class, I always feel grateful for the hour of tranquility I have given myself. Highly recommend!

Dr Lizzy is amazing. She takes the time to understand your situation and background. Lizzy then approaches a solution from a holistic point of view. (In my case, a shoulder problem started all the way down from my opposite ankle - now good as gold!). BTW. She is also hilarious. Can't recommend her highly enough!
