I've been training with Nick (Baptism by Fitness) for several months at this gym and couldn't be happier. Not only have I made significant changes to improve my overall health and fitness, but each session is genuinely enjoyable. Nick is easy to talk to, supportive of my goals, and pushes me right up to my limits without going too far. And I cannot reccomend him enough to women. I love it here. I can get in a great workout on my schedule. It's a warm environment where you can be left totally alone or chat if that's your vibe. People are quick to help you out. There's all the equipment I need. There's a good variety off options.
