On a quest to establish a workout regimen approximately 1 year postpartum. I stumbled across this hidden gem Bodytec about 10mins away from my residence in Marine Park. The reason I chose EMS fitness was back pain after a spinal injury. I noticed improvements almost immediately, within the first week of training. A nice bonus was reduced body measurements and improved muscle definition. It’s a great alternative to long hours at the gym. I definitely recommend this place!
