RecommendedI attended Suryo’s BodyTalk Access class and recommend it to anyone who is open-minded to learn how to tap into the body’s natural energy & innate healing capacity. There were lots of hands-on exercises for the students to practice. The techniques are simple. I have been combining BodyTalk with my meditation to get more balanced and focused. I’m a parent with 3 kids, this also works great to calm my kids down in stressful situations. Highly recommended!
