Noel is AHHmazing! She not only challenges you to make your body make it look as good as you desire but also inspires you to embrace and enjoy it wherever you are in your journey.
Noel is a great instructor, she was born for this! Dancing is her passion. Her class has lots of energy and is perfect for a group of ladies looking for a girls day or night out activity.
This is such an empowering class in femininity. The way the instructor encourages you to become confident with you and all of inside and out is awesome. The moves are not overly complicated and if you want private lessons they are available. BodyTalk Fit..the only thing you need is your body and to be ready to have fun!
Noel is a great instructor! She is professional and made learning (and working out) so much fun!
