As a registered dietitian in the community, I am super proud to send my clients, friends, and family here. I personally go to this gym once per week and have seen significant improvements in my muscle tone specifically in my back and arms which, for me, have been hard to reach places. This has been the best addition to my current routine and I am excited to see where it will take me!
I love this gym so much. It has a lovely boutique feel without compromising intensity. It is so clean, I shower here before I head right to the office. My morning routine is so easy because I can just show up in my pajamas, workout for 20 minutes and it is faster than driving to any other gym and parking. Danielle is an amazing trainer. She inquired about any existing/previous injuries and adjusted my training accordingly. I feel incredible after every session. I wish I would have started sooner.
Danielle, Ryan, and Jennifer are amazing trainers. They remember their clients and are so professional at pushing us every week. Steffan has an amazing team and also knows just how to push us to the edge for ultimate results. Thank you to each of you.
The workout and results are incredible. The only downside coming here is that people that come from ClassPass are treated funny. If they don’t want people coming on ClassPass they should not be registered on the app at all.
