Definitely different than any other workout experience you're going to get, definitely recommend trying out seeing the results that are possible.
Amazing workout ! Maximizing my time and strength training
The owner and staff are outstanding. The weekly workouts are challenging but I love the results. After only two sessions, I could tell that I was getting stronger. It was easier to lug the garbage cans to the curb — lol. Now I actually look forward to the workouts! I recommend that you talk with Steffen (the owner) to see if it’s right for you.
Just awesome I’m 2 years into this workout. And these guys are professional and the results are amazing. I recommended to everyone.
