Love Body Street in Jupiter! Excellent and challenging workout in 20 minutes! Come out of the training session which is essentially either one on one with the trainer or two on one at the most, feeling great. I will definitely be sore for a few days but happy knowing I hit 92% of my muscles !! Try it!
