the 1 star you see is due to the customer service at Bodystream, not the service itself. First let me tell you, there is no location on Wharncliffe Road, the address is a moving theatre. You get a virtual appointment with Dr. Grief who hardly looks at you. He looks so blah about the whole thing, you feel he is rehearsing. If you happened to have insurance coverage for your cannabis, be ready to pay $100 to Dr. Grief so he can sign your form. He is a money grabber located in Barrie. They are extremely helpful and friendly and was able to renew my membership through a phone call appointment, during the pandemic, they don't charge you anything and was easy to order on line for my product. Highly recommended
CCC originally ghosted me after discovering I was a trans woman, but Bodystream wasn't like that - they've been very welcoming & accommodating from the start. Definitely have recommended them to friends who have been seeking a medical card. I have celiac disease & asthma, and cannabis has pretty-much saved my life.
