I had a very disappointing experience at BodySpec’s Santa Clara location. I understand that businesses have appointment policies and grace periods, and I am not disputing their right to enforce those policies. My concern is how the situation was handled. When I arrived and started speaking with the staff member, I understood that I was still within the five-minute grace period.
