We have known Verena for quite a few years. My wife has an undiagnosed chronic muscle condition which requires monthly massage sessions. We are more than two hours away but it has been well worth the travel time because Verena has been the only massage therapist who has been able to bring any substantial relief. Any massage therapist who has refused to get vaccinated for COVID-19 and claims that she has "natural immunity" should not be allowed to practice, as they are deliberately endangering their clients. Not only is she unvaccinated and has been practicing since before the pandemic began, she asks for personal medical information without providing a HIPAA privacy form and requires that you sign a form that gives her permission to access your medical records - both a big ethical no-no.
