I had one appointment and initially signed up for four additional appointments there was a miscommunication on my appointment. When I let them know I would not be returning I asked what options I had to cancel the payment plan as I already paid for the service I received and felt it would be unfair for me to pay over $1000 for services I would not be receiving.
