Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Body Song Spa. I arrived 15 minutes early, paid when I arrived, and then ended up waiting about an hour and a half before my appointment actually started. I also had significant swelling in my face for about 48 hours after the Cryo facial, which was concerning and not something I expected. Fabulous experience! Fantastic service and care. Lorenne is wonderful!
Lorenne at Body Song Spa is a lovely owner and therapist. She was thorough, and had extensive knowledgeable in her field. She put me at ease with the T shock treatment and it was painless. I would absolutely recommend her services as an alternative to non invasive treatments, effectively.
