Super attentive and knowledgeable
In the past month, Ben was able to keep me on my feet during two 3-day dance festivals by eliminating pain & restoring mobility through various techniques including being a wiz with KT tape & Dolphin Neurostim microcurrent point stimulation. For background, I have osteoarthritic knees with grades 3 & 4 chondromalacia. This was an accidental but fortuitous photo that shows the KT tape, which remained in place for days and even helped with lymphatic drainage to bring down swelling in the painful knee
Ben unlocked my ankles and knees and I instantly felt so much better in my feet once he was finished and that was only in 30 mins, I now wish I did an hour. He’s very knowledgeable and educated me on what I can do from home to improve. Definitely plan to see him again when I’m back in Houston!
If you are serious about body work, you need to go here…wish I lived in Houston so I could go weekly. Went pre-Hyrox and Ben got everything aligned in ways no other body work pro has managed. Lifetime of various injuries and he had me in peak shape. Go see him!
