Ben did an amazing job helping with my alignment and pain. He is like a magician when it comes to the body! Highly recommend!!! He also assisted my 10 year old son who threw his lower back out during tumbling. Cannot say enough about how amazing Ben is when it comes to relief! He also educates you and provides helpful exercises to keep you at peak performance.
