If you are serious about body work, you need to go here…wish I lived in Houston so I could go weekly. Went pre-Hyrox and Ben got everything aligned in ways no other body work pro has managed. Lifetime of various injuries and he had me in peak shape. Go see him!

I have all of lots of fusions/ C3-T1 and L5-S1. I have had at least 4-6 concussions and many falls and throws off of horses in my professional career as a hunter/jumper enthusiast, competitor and trainer. I am 53. My fusions are now 5 years old. After trying rehab, PT, weight training, swimming and yoga I was almost in the same shape as before my surgeries. My eldest child was again sometimes helping me to get dressed. Holy WOW! There isn’t much more I can say. I went in with general soreness everywhere but a lot of stiffness in my shoulders, hips and SI joint/left side of my back. I am a runner, walker, weight lifter, cross fitter etc. I walked out PAIN FREE. I was absolutely blown away. His knowledge is impeccable and it seriously worked. I will definitely be back !
If you are hesitating, don’t! Ben is so knowledgeable and was able to release my locked hip and shoulder in 30 minutes. He also showed me some PT exercises I could do to maintain the progress!
