I met Caesar at bodyship661 and he was very helpful. My car had been hit and unfortunately it was deemed a total loss by the other drivers insurance. Although that meant that bodyshop661 wouldn't be needed to make the repairs, the owner helped me by explaining the process of total loss and even game recommendations on how to approach this loss.
