Bodyshop Fitness is great! Tanya is a master at getting you to do just a little more than you expected out of yourself. I always feel better, physically and mentally, after my workouts. You should be doing this.

I love group fitness, and have attended thousands of classes at dozens of studios with many instructors over the last 20+ years, and Tanya has stood out as my favorite. Best Gym I’ve ever belonged to. Everything I use, clean and friendly staff that go above and being. Love the extras like the massage chairs and tanning. I’ve been a member for 2 years and never had a bad experience.
