I’ve been lifting here about a year and a half, and I’m loving it. Plenty of free weights, lots of space, clean, etc.
Whether you’re visiting from out of town, new to the area, or a long-time resident, Bodyshop Fitness is a phenomenal spot to get active. There’s a large martial arts studio, plenty of free weights and machines, and cardio equipment to meet the individual workout plan or exercises you want to focus on. It provides all the amenities while still giving that gritty gym environment. From an Infrared Sauna, to a cold plunge, to a small area for kids to hang out, and 24-hour access, Bodyshop has it all.

Amazing jiu-jitsu school with amazing instructors! And the gym is very clean and has a great environment!
