We rented a van to a renter, who was later involved in a suspicious accident with our vehicle. The renter did not return the vehicle, or notify us of the accident, and has since completely disappeared. We tracked the vehicle to this location. This shop claimed to have towed a drivable vehicle, and then stored it for 5 days, but the police report says the vehicle did not require a tow.
