Nice professional staff. Clean facilities and nice locker room. All of the cardio equipment is brand new and top of the line. I’ve started personal training here twice a week with Quang, he is an amazing trainer. Super educated and focus on form, pushing yourself, and stretching. If you have not tried personal training, I highly recommend it, you will have a better work out in an hour with a trainer at bodyscapes than you will on your own going to the gym three times a week. Amazing gym with clean facilities, great equipment, and a motivating atmosphere that makes you actually want to show up. The staff is friendly and helpful, and overall it’s easily a 4-5-star experience every time I go.
This has been the hardest season of my life and my family’s life as we walk through everything surrounding our son’s medical journey. Having a place like this to come to, reset, stay healthy, and recharge has been an incredible gift. The “perfect” gym is going to mean something different to everyone. I was introduced to the gym through their partnership with Beth Israel, in which they give free memberships for parents of NICU babies. An amazing gesture that meant a lot to us during an incredibly tough time. Great staff, nice sauna, clean facility, and brand new cardio equipment.
