Very organized and professional. Excellent communication
Brought truck in after it was rear ended. I told the estimator and showed him the black mark and indention where I was impacted. Picked up after about a month and the black mark and indention was still there. Instead of fixing it owner tells estimator that he thought it was taken care of. They take my truck to the back and buff out black mark and give it back to me with indention. They used a used trailer hitch that was welded crooked and not straight.
