Booked the class, arrived a couple minutes early. Was informed that I had to be there at a specific time to receive some kind of a demo. There was zero communication about the demo in advance. Never again. Incredibly unprofessional, first time having a situation like this in a NYC club.
not much of an avid pilates girl as is something new to me but all of the instructors i’ve had in the past are patient and kind enough to correct and guide me. Came in a class with Chase a couple of months ago and he was very nice and helpful though was my first time but today i came in again by mistake cause i had book for another day but luckily they let me in and the instructor (not Chase, probably asian guy with long hair) felt passive aggressive, i have trouble hearing and look to my other classmates to guide myself but... read more
