I really enjoy BODYROK , the workouts are challenging, fun, and leave me feeling stronger every time. Nikki is the best; her energy, encouragement, and coaching make every class something I look forward to.

Love this studio. All the instructors are great but Angel is my favorite. Me and my friends nicknamed her the “silent killer” because she’s just the sweetest person ever then she sneaks up on us and kills us every time. You wouldn’t expect it from a sweet person like her. With every instructor here, I am shaking every time and leave feeling better and stronger than ever.

I had a great experience! This is my first time taking this class and wow did it kick my butt. It's a great workout. Something to keep in mind is that it is fast-paced. The studio itself is clean and modern. They sell water bottles, grippy socks, and some tops with their logo. They also have lockers, a water fountain, and a clothes rack.I'd go again.
