Reengaged with working out by joining bodyrok with a single class, and found myself signing up for their unlimited membership for 6 months. Full blown addict now! Would recommend 10 out of 10 - great instructors who provide modifications/amplifications to cater to all levels. I'll be back soon bodyrok Soho!!
Kyra was my instructor. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my Pilates class, for future classes I’m definitely choosing her as my instructor :))!!
