Kacy’s BodyROK Pilates class was incredible from start to finish. The music was great and it kept me motivated the entire time. Kacy has the ability to pushed me in the best way and helps me see my own strengths. Who knew I could use a blue spring? Kacy did!!💪♥️
I take Kacy’s class on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Her classes are fun and challenging. Kacy is great! I actually drive to Santa Rosa for her 6:30am class every week from Rohnert Park. Her transitions are smooth. She says in advance what the next move is and the springs we will be changing to. She also does great demonstrations and has my goal body. She makes everything look so easy. Great instructor. One of my favs!
First time trying pilates & i’m hooked!! they have the best teachers & the workouts are amazing im obsessed ✨
