I’m newer and have been making a point to try as many classes and instructors as possible. I haven’t experienced them all yet, but I’d be very surprised if I find there’s any class or instructor that I don’t enjoy. Everyone has been great and very helpful as I learn the ropes

Bodyrok is amazing. Getting back into a fitness routine after having two kids was incredibly tough, but this studio made me fall in love with working out again. The instructors are motivating, the classes are high-energy, and I finally found a routine I look forward to sticking with. Highly recommend!

I took my first Body Rock class about a year ago and instantly fell in love. I became a member shortly after, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The workouts are challenging but so worth it, the instructors are awesome and friendly, and the studio recently got remodeled it’s super nice! My besties and I go all the time now it’s our morning routine, and we always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. I highly recommend Body Rock!
