Had my first class today and I am so glad I gave it a try. I am in my mid-fifties and not in my best shape. I got tired of walking on treadmills and elliptical machines and wanted to try something new. I want to get stronger but I was intimidated by the fancy equipment and the young and fit people that take such classes. Raquel changed my mind. She is great and she modified the moves to meet my needs. I actually perspired 10 minutes into the class. I am so glad Bodyrok chose to open in San Mateo. Thank you Raquel!!!
