I’ve been loving my classes at BODYROK San Luis Obispo! Such a fun and challenging workout every time. The instructors are amazing and so knowledgeable! They really know how to push you while keeping things welcoming and fun. The environment is genuinely so welcoming, you feel supported whether you’re a first-timer or a regular. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great workout in a great community!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio, Natasha was warm and welcoming from the very first time I took a class. And that’s exactly why I kept going back! Natasha is truly the sweetest, most encouraging person and makes you so comfortable. I’ve also taken classes with Camille and Dante and they’re incredible too - they help guide you through moves and every instructor always highlights that you can modify or even advance a move if wanted, so you’re never in the dark during class! Bodyrok has made me love pilates! The music and atmosphere is so good and the instructors are all genuinely helpful, inspiring, and motivating. As a beginner I love that modifications are always given in case a move is too heavy. <3

My experience with the Pilates classes here, have great. The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging, and made every session enjoyable.
