I’ve been going to BODYROK SLO for a few months now and have taken almost 70 classes! I’ve definitely noticed myself getting stronger, and I love seeing the progress I’ve made. The environment is so welcoming, and the instructors are all great! I especially appreciate that they provide modifications throughout the class to make a move more challenging or easier. I also love that the classes are 45 minutes and straight to the point!
MY FAVORITE PART OF THE DAY!! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and sweet, the studio always feels welcoming and clean, and it is SUCH a good work out! Highly recommend!
I was always a bit intimidated to try Pilates reformer classes, but BodyROK is amazing! From day one, the instructors made me feel so comfortable by guiding my form, and now I’m totally addicted. I feel stronger and in better shape than I have in years! As a runner who also lifts weights, BodyROK is such a fantastic addition to my routine in all the best ways. I've been going to Bodyrok SLO for a while now, and I'm honestly obsessed. The classes are fast and fun, and I leave every time feeling like I got a real workout. Everyone is so welcoming, and I look forward to going every week. It's made me feel stronger, and it's become one of my favorite parts of my day.🩷
This is the best pilates studio! So kind and welcoming. All the instructors are able to laugh if you mess up or make a mistake. It’s also so close to the Cal Poly campus which is amazing!!!
