Absolutely love this BODYROK location! The entire team is so dedicated and makes every class such a great experience. I love BODYROK SLO! The staff is amazing, especially the mother/daughter ownership team. Love to see new local businesses thriving, and it makes me proud that it’s a woman owned business at that! They rock and the workouts are some of the best and well rounded I have ever had. Pilates is more challenging than it looks and they make it a really fun, high energy experience!
This studio is amazing! The instructors and staff are always so welcoming and positive. Classes can be adjusted to wherever you’re at in your pilates journey. From someone who’s tried multiple studios in SLO, I can say this is one of my favorites and you won’t regret trying it out!
BODYROK is my happy place! I’ve been doing pilates for years and this has become my new favorite pilates workout. The front desk staff and instructors are so friendly and fun. The studio is also super clean and they have the cutest retail. I tell all of my friends to come here!
