We showed up a few minutes prior to class like the email told us do, the front desk staff stated we didn’t come in early enough. I showed her no where in the emails did it say to be any earlier than “a few minutes”. She wouldn’t refund even though she refused to let us take the class.
There’s not a better instructor out there than Destiny! Absolutely great workout session! You’re missing out if you don’t attend at least one!
I’m visiting Chicago and wanted to take a Pilates class. This came up highly rated. I showed up a minute before class because I had no clue where I was going because I’m not from this city and they wouldn’t let me take the class and refused to refund me I do not recommend.
Love the River north location! Such a great workout and all the staff are so friendly. Cooper and Tori are both such great instructors and do a good job of explaining all the moves while being encouraging and upbeat. Will definitely keep coming back :)
