I had a really bad experience here I arrived at 10 minutes early but they kept saying like you need to arrive 15 minutes early as a new customer here but I already been familiar with this machine for around three years. It’s just because I’m the first time here I need to take 15 minutes along instructions to get started and they don’t care the customers needs. They just take the money. The instructor and front desk name is Mila, who is really rude and mean

The worst experience ever. We arrived 10 minutes early for our 12 PM class, but were told we couldn’t attend because we were first-time clients and they have a strict 15-minute late policy. The frustrating part is that the email notifying us about this policy was sent at 11 AM — only one hour before our 12 PM class. Don't go to this place if you want to get a refuse for your first class. First, this place is really hard to park. My class began at 7:30, according to the Google map, i arrived at 7:15. It took me 8 mins to finally find a parking place. The parking structure layout is quite confusing and quite crowded. Second, the location on the Google map is misleading. The location on the map is actually a cinema, not the studio. I walked a full circle around the building to finally find the gate. And it was before the class began. But t... read more
