I absolutely love this Bodyrok studio! The environment is spotless and so well-maintained, which makes every visit a great experience. Every single instructor I’ve taken a class with has been fantastic and encouraging. I want to give a special shoutout to Linda, she is incredibly nice and always takes the time to demonstrate the moves on the machine clearly. It really helps ensure you have the right form. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a challenging but supportive Pilates workout!
Extremely frustrating experience. I arrived just 4 minutes late due to limited parking and having to wait behind other people checking in. they refused to let me in. A policy like this punishes customers for circumstances outside their control. Total waste of time.
I won’t be returning to Bodyrok. This is the second negative experience I’ve had here, and unfortunately it was enough to lose me as a customer. Today I arrived for my reserved class, put my belongings in a locker, only to discover several lockers weren’t working. While trying to find one that did, I then needed to use the restroom. There is only one restroom, and another customer entered ahead of me and was in there for quite some time. Extremely disappointing experience. Drove there in the morning for my SIX PACKS & BACKS class at 8:30 AM with Ysabella only to find out my class was cancelled with absolutely no notice or follow-up communication. When I asked the receptionist for an explanation, all she said was she doesn’t know. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unbothered. No apology, no effort to help, just complete indifference. Our instructor Liz was fantastic. She maintained a great pace, communicated instructions clearly, and offered modifications to make movements more or less challenging depending on individual ability. She stayed engaged throughout the class, paying attention to participants and providing coaching when needed. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and had good music at an enjoyable volume that helped set the atmosphere without being distracting.
