Took my first class today with Katie. Such a nice instructor who made me feel comfortable with the machine and the general flow of the class. The front desk person was also super nice and let me know where everything was. The studio and bathroom were clean. Class had a good flow to it. There were mic issues but they said new ones are on the way - Katie also made sure to repeat herself and do demos so that helped with any confusion. Very nice reformer Pilates class, I look forward to taking more classes here!
Absolutely amazing studio. Warm, welcoming instructors. Modifications and corrections were approached with kindness. Linda, the instructor, made sure to interact with all students, but especially new students before class began. Gave great explanations of moves, clear countdowns, and had good timing with jumping in on any corrections. After a terrible experience at a different chain, this studio and instructor gave me a new hope for a fantastic Pilates studio in the South Bay. 10/10 !!!
The venue and the reception were terrible. I would like a full refund, please! It's not worth a second visit！
I love the buns and guns class with Carina. It’s very challenging but can be easily adapted to your speed. Carina is a sweetie and keeps the class fun even when you feel like sooo tired
